Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit
full papers including results, figures and references. Authors should prepare
the manuscript following the guidelines for authors described in the
“Submission” section on the conference website (http://www.wicon.org). Papers will be accepted by electronic
submission through the EDAS
system. Additionally/alternatively,
a note/PDF version of the manuscript can be mailed to pkb3@psu.edu (cc: krish@ee.duke.edu and hqi@utk.edu).
